Chuansheng Liu is a tenured professor in Physics Department of the University of Maryland, US. He was the vice president of the University of Maryland, the director of Global Chinese affairs institute, the head of American Physical Society’s division of Plasma, and also a member of ASIPP International Advisory Committee.
