报告1:Overview of JET D-T hybrid scenario

  报告人:Damian King

报告简介:The JET hybrid scenario has been developed from low plasma current carbon wall discharges to the record-breaking Deuterium-Tritium plasmas obtained in 2021 with the ITER-like Be/W wall.

This scenario has been run in Deuterium-Tritium (50:50). These plasmas were re-optimised to have a radiation-stable H-mode entry phase, good impurity control through edge Ti gradient screening and optimised performance.

Ion temperature gradient screening is very relevant for ITER operation so the hybrid scenario has been used to further study this effect.

报告2:Study of edge parameters in high collisional plasmas and its impact on JET operation

  报告人:Hongjuan Sun

报告简介:Study of JET high density plasmas shows that, reaching the edge MHD ballooning limit and decreasing of the radial Er  well lead to confinement degradation. Higher positive E×B shear in the near SOL enables a higher H-mode density limit (HDL) in JET-ILW than that in JET-C. In addition, the broadening of SOL width is observed when edge collisionality reaches a critical value and it causes favourable and unfavourable impact on machine operation.
